Smile Stamping on Paper Napkins

It's been so long since I've done it. I need to stamp Halloween napkins. On paper napkins do you use dye based ink or craft ink?

Thanks!

use craft (pigment) ink on the napkins, unless you have a quick-dry permanent dye ink pad. Regular dye ink runs when it gets wet.

I am thinking about trying this technique.....has anyone ever wiped their mouth/face with the inked image (regardless of what type of ink) and then walked away with an inky face? I would be terribly afraid that someone would get ink on them.
