Question Sizzlits Large Paper Doily problems?

I'm having problems getting the Sizzlet Large Paper Doily to cut through my cardstock cleanly. Suggestions?

The lovely fancy one? from SU! ????

Add a piece of cardstock underneath as a shim.

Pray.

It's a 'tricky' die.

Make sure you pick out any pieces that are left sticking to the foam before you try the next piece.

You can also try placing it more toward the edge on your cutting mat. The pressure is better away from the center, since the center of the mat tends to warp after a while..

Also have read to put a piece of wax paper between die and cardstock and it will cut like a charm. HTH as it is such an easy and cheap fix.

I use wax paper with all my intricate dies and it really does work - although you may have to run it through two or three times (back and forth without removing it).
