Default paint can adhesive???

What kind of adhesive do you use to attach your work to the paint cans? I have tried a couple cans but the paper keeps popping off of the background.
Thanks for the help!

Many people use E6000. I used the re-positionable Xyron sticker refill for the paper around the sides. I have also heard that rubber cement works well, so I used that to attach the circle of paper to the lid of the one I made. HTH

Hi I just made my first paint can last nite-its in my gallery. I just used my Towbow snail all around the edge. But I didn't use SU paper for the base-but used a printed paper-a little lighter.

First I used carpet tape but found it hard to cut and almost too sticky! So the last one I tried I used the red lined tape (I know its called something else but I think of it as the suze w. tape). It seemed to work really well for me.

I use the red backed tape - Stick Strip, AKA Terrifically Tacky Tape.
It holds anything FOREVER!!! Works great with the micro beads too!

TIP: Save the backing of the address label sheets, lay the tape on the backing to measure and cut.
Otherwise it will leave a gummy build up on your scissors, or stick to something you don't want it stuck to, or stick to your scissors so it cuts crooked!!

Sticky Strip. That is what I used for my DH's Father's Day paint can and it is snuggly adhered and isn't coming off any time in the future!
