You should have gottena 50% off and a 40% off because it is Presidents day weekend. If they did not come in your paper then you should call them and let them know that your are missing your coupons and want them. They should deliver them to you if you have the paper delivered to begin with.

If you didn't get a coupon in your paper, call them (Circulation Dept) in the morning and tell them that it was missing... Am assuming they are closed... :( :( :(
The insert machines are notorious for messing up, especially if the inserts are thin....
I didn't get one either, so will be calling in the morning....

I can never get it right either. Now I remember that a comes before the e just like in the alphabet--Michaels. Actually, I just had to go look at their ad to make sure I got it right. Don't forget to get those colored staples as someone said they got theirs at Michaels.

Just got back from one of my Michael's. No Joy of Card Making magazine.
Bummer.
I bought a crimper at 50% off instead.
They did have some really cute and fairly well made $1 stamps - frog, cupcake, cat, dog, hearts, butterfly, bee, wedding cake, present, easter egg, martini glass, etc.
I picked a bunch up for my 3 year old to use. Not a bad deal.

My husband thought I was crazy this morning when he went out to buy the newspaper... I told him to get two. That way my daughter and I both got 50% coupons. Plus two Joanns coupons. $2.00 for two newspapers. I was the first of our bargins todaay.
I'm heading there right after work tomorrow! I've been eyeing the melting pot and talking myself out of it. I might as well get it with the 50% off coupon and put myself out of my misery!

Ok, so I was looking at the Prismacolor pencils. 48 for $59.99. 50% would make them $30. Does Viking have a better deal? I decided to wait & check here first. Have to make those stamping dollars streeeetch! Anyone have the answer to this? Codes for Viking?

why can I never spell Micheal right? :shock: I have family members on both sides & never get it right :oops:
Try pronouncing it phonetically. I know it's not exactly right, but think about what it looks like it says when spelled with the 'e' first rather than the 'a'. My father's name is Michael, as well as my uncle and cousin. Gets really interesting when they come to visit and you've got two sets of kids calling for "Uncle Michael"! :lol: Now that my cousin is older, my uncle calls him and my dad Mike (my cousin went by Mikey when he was a little kid). So confusing!
Now what really drives me batty is when people spell MY name R-a-c-h-e-a-l. My mom knows I hate this, and when she wants to bug me she says my name that way -- comes out sounding like "Racheeahl". ARGH!!! It bugs me when they spell it like Michael, too, but at least that's a legitimate spelling. I've just gotten into the habit of spelling my name when I give it to people (and pointing it out to people when I forget to tell them and am pleasantly surprised when they spell it correctly).
On the original topic, no coupon in my paper, either! I was so excited to get the last one in the dispenser, too! They don't keep extras at the store, so I have to hope that the folks at the newspaper can give me one tomorrow!

Got the coupon yesterday....went today JUST because I had the coupon....FINALLY found somthing to buy.....went to look at mags. and books to look for The Joy of Cardmaking before I checked out....none.....then.....while walking up to line a lady with one item got behind me....I let her go first, thenkfully, b/c......RIGHT THERE - UP FRONT were a TON of The Joy of Cardmaking mags! I put my other item that I was going to use my coupon on and got this.....$7.50! Not bad!

Please check out this thread for the codes before you go to Michael's and spend $30 for only 48. With this you can get the 120 set for $41.63.

I had ordered these last week but didn't have the code for the $20 coupon, so I ordered again today and was going to send the 1st set back. I received the first set today, so I called them and talked to a really nice lady who after I explained went ahead and gave me a credit for the $20 coupon on my first set and she cancelled the set I ordered today. GREAT!

I love the Sunday Newspaper when it has Michael's coupons in it! DH goes out every Sunday and gets the paper, coffee from Starbucks and a chocolate milk for DS. I always stack up the adds and put Michaels and Target on top.
This Sunday I got the petite cropper tote with my coupon $39.99 and half off of that! I am so excited I have never had one of these and I go to my first scrap/crop get together next month! I also got the mini punches at Target.

Woohoo just back form Michael's and I bought Pearl EX powers!! (12 colors in a package) Regular priced at $26.99 and I got it for $13.50!! I also bought a (already on sale) fiskars 1/4" rectangle hand punch for ribbon on my cards.
I GOT A NEW TOY!!! With my 50% off coupon, I got a knitting machine! I've been wanting one for years, because although I know how, I do not have the patience for hand knitting. Oh, man, just realized that I left it in the back seat of my car -- must go bring it inside so I can play!

I didn't get a coupon either! I was told that there were 3000 inserts missing from the paper. And that was just in colorado. So I went to Michaels anyway and told the clerk that I didn't get a coupon and she gave me hers. Wasn't that sweet. She said she was happy to give up her coupon for a nice customer anytime.
So guess what I got? A cropper hopper! An 80.00 value for $40.00!!!!!!
Now I can take all my stuff for workshops in one easy tote with WHEELS.

I had planned on getting the melting pot but splurged and got the Crop In Style P3 for $65. I know that will get plenty of use! I also stocked up on Fimo and Sculpy for 99 cents each.

Gotta love the Michael's 50% off coupons. I got an Ott Light (floor version) with mine today. I got Michael's gift cards for Christmas from my parents and my brother to purchase the light as I have been wanting one for ages. I also go the Joy of Cardmaking (although paid full price for it) and DMC floss that matches SU colors that were 5/$1. Christmas money covered those purchases as well. I found the latest Stamp It at Archiver's which was 15% off with my Memory Savers Club Card. Only disappointment was JoAnn's - ended up purchasing some colorant for my clear and pearl UTEE as they didn't have anything "big" that I needed - still debating the Sizzix Sidekick and another set of Sizzlets (will probably wait for the next 50% off coupon for those). Did find some Making Memories hinges that I want to use for matboard journals and a couple of other MM embellishments on the clearance shelf. All in all a good day for stamping purchases.
I forgot to mention with my Michaels/Target trip yesterday I also got one of those Card organizers everyone had mentioned. Thanks for the tip I would have probaby never noticed it. Has anyone used theirs yet? What do they think of it? I won't be opening mine until after we move into our new house end of next month.
