Labeling unmounted stamps

How do you label your unmounted stamps? Is there labels (like address labels) that you can buy for CD/DVDs and type the stamp name on them?

I found some CD/DVD Spine labels at http://www.onlinelabels.com . I didn't know if anyone else might be interested.

I actually don't label my cd holders, other than with a small number label (I just kind of cut a small tab off an adhesive sheet and stick it on the spine). If you are interested, I actually posted a tutorial on my blog today about how I store, categorize and index my unmounted stamps.

Hope that helps!

I just write on the side of the cd holder with a sharpie marker. I am too impatient to make labels!

Kathy! Greatly enjoyed your tut on unmounting, and while I was there I checked out your wedding stuff...GORGEOUS! I am so impressed with how much you did yourself! Great job.

Awww, thanks :)

Kathy, I like how you did the referencing for your sets. Thanks for all the advice. I wont hand write on the holders because I have horrible handwriting. I went with the labels so that everthing is the same. I have only just begun to unmount my stamps, and have a very long way to go.
Thanks again.

Kathy,

Your tutorial is awesome. Had a couple of questions,

1) The new rubber stamps that I got from SU, how do I apply the tacky solution to them? These are new stamps that i got that I have not mounted yet.
2) Do you have any ideas to attached the stamped symbol to the back of the rubber stamp before sealing it with the tack? Like for example the see dee stamps are unmounted rubber stamps, but they have the image at the back of the stamp so you can see where u are stamping.

Thanks!
Banu

Nancy,

Loved your post about stamp storage. I might combine both yours and Kathy's techiniques. I had a question for you.

Have you tried storing these boxes in any form of cd holder or dvd holder?

Thanks!
Banu
