are you using the cellophane bags to make the set samplers? If thats what you are using I make a paper topper - about 6 1/4 x 4 and folded in half so your finished size is about 6/1/4 x 2 - you can make the topper taller or shorter, whatever you like..
Then I either staple it on the cellophane bag.. or to make it more reusable punch holes and attach with the paper fasteners.. I would give you a picture, but I am in the process of redoing all mine for the new catalog.
As far as displaying the 6x6 pages.. i think putting them in an album is just fine.
