Default Guitar gift card holder template

Does anyone happen to have a template for the guitar gift card holder like the one here. I'm pretty sure that the magazine that originally had the template is defunct so the link in the blog post goes nowhere. Or if you know of a template or tutorial for something similar could you point me in the right direction? TIA.

I've made guitar shaped cards before, but I pretty much just freehand draw and cut the one side of the guitar. Acoustics come in all sorts of shapes, so I don't think you can mess it up! The sponging really makes it.

I have done the same thing. Mine wasn't really a card but I freehand drew the guitar and as well as the pieces that I attached. I plan to make another as I'm giving guitar lessons gift certificate to my grandson this summer.

If I can do it, YOU can! Have courage, and try it out on scrap first!

Here's a template that you may be able to alter:
