Fading???
This weekend I made some cute boxes and did some rubber cement resist on a piece of CS to adhere to the front. I left them in my car in the morning and by lunch the Only Orange was duller than Yoyo Yellow. I was so disappointed. I didn't even realize they were in the sun because they were in a bag. I also had trouble with a bookmark I left on the coffee table fading.
Is there anything short of using craft ink ~ which I don't think is always an option or ever with a brayer ~ that can prevent fading? I tried sealing with acrylic sealer, I'll know the results of that test tonight provided my cat doesn't eat the paper. Any other suggestions?
