Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites for the Week Ending June 6, 2010
Wow. This past week was the last week of school for my boys and not at all conducive to cruising the gallery. I know I missed A LOT, especially with the CAS DT selection. Let's all congratulate Diane, Emily, and Toni. We are going to have an awesome summer of clean and simple stamping! And also thanks again to Jen for all she does to keep the CAS style alive and well on SCS!
So here's what I DID find to favorite in the gallery...some pretty amazing stuff, actually!
karcher70 will start us off with her super-clean and pretty Concord Thanks card
biggan did amazing things with wire and textured white cardstock
keuby's musical banner really sings a very CAS melody
resqbarbie made water from wood in her very serene scene
hskelly used blue and green (love them together!) and an adorable butterfly on the fab new FLT
crazystampchick made a delightfully fresh and fun Love Shack card
stamperjen0 posted a lovely thank you with piercing and a great monochromatic color scheme
Hianna struck just the right tone with her very simple and pretty sympathy card
kstamper used repetition, a Sakura pen, and fun colors to take her simple Special Day card extra special
k dunbrook made a wonderful tree using different shades of green and different sizes of circles and two rounded corners...perfection!
fionna51 used two shades of thin ribbon to create SEA WEED! on her DT challenge card
mtgchic took OLCs to a new level with her delightful Rumpus card
al_silver2 used a tiny lady bug stamp and stamped it repeatedly in a perfect circle for her fab OLW challenge card
Tami Mayberry quoted Shakespeare and let the quotation shine with her simple star accent
ravengirl used a bit of crystal effects to make her cute fishy scene shine
dahlhousedesigns used chipboard letters and some really cool accent elements for wonderful effect!
lisahenke made this COOL card...great colors, layout and details on such a simple card
snail posted a beautiful OLC that is pitch-perfect CAS
Stampgroover used an adorable birdcage on her whimsical Happy Everything card
susanbri made a beautifully colored cardinal OLC with just a touch of cord to accent and let the stamp's art stand out beautifully
scrapaway3g gave her coffee card a retro/shabby feel that puts a smile on my face
girlgeek101 did it again, this time with tranluscent paste...whatever that is, I'll have to check it out, 'cause her card is FAB!
Great job, everyone! And now, let me invite anyone and everyone to post links to their favorites on this thread so the rest of us can see what we missed from a most amazing week in the gallery!

My SCS gallery is here should you care to look! Or please visit my blog, Cardmaker's Garret.
Amber Dawn's VSN card Love the bold color, the buttons, the little bit of stitching.
SinCityGal's VSN card The VSN color combo? Pure yumminess. That peek of ribbon? Pure genius. (ok, technically from last week, but I didn't see it until this week)
artsy_em's hero's birthday card Love the "dad" cut out in the car. (Side note: this wonderful gal has taken this stamp set to a whole new level of cuteness. I didn't see these in her gallery, so you'll have to go to her blog to check it out: Trading Car(d)s. You won't be sorry!)
rosigrld's hero card reminds us we are surrounded by all sorts of heroes every day.
