Default prepping for christmas cards

What do you all do when you need to buy alot of a couple colors for Christmas cards? Does Stampin Up come out with a package with holiday colors or do you shop Michaels and Wal Mart for this? I just received my Christmas stamp set and thought that I would get started. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
Randi

You can buy packs of single colors of SU c/s.

I'm pretty well-stocked with c/s at the moment, but if not, I might get some navy, real red, forest foliage....

Enjoy!

Last year I just bought a package of each of the colors of CS that I needed for my cards. I figured I would use what's left for other projects. The CS is only $4.50 a pack...so it's not that huge of an investment.

I won't buy CS from anywhere but SU because the quality cannot be beat! I've only been with SU for a little over a year, and I've never seen them come out with a special pack of holiday colors (for any of the holidays). If they were to come out with something like this it would most likely be in the Holiday Mini.

Have fun making your cards!

Thanks for your advice. I think that I buy assortments so much that I forget that they have individual colors.
