with an online SB store called "All That Scraps". I called their telephone number today to ask a question pertaining to an order I want to place with them, but no one has returned my call. I don't like to place an order to a store that I know nothing about, so any assistance you can give me is greatly appreciated!
She is absolutely wonderful. I sent her a e-mail letting her know how happy I was with their service and she responded and let me know of a contest that they had coming up at the time. Fast shipping, and loved my products!
I too, love All That Scraps. I wonder if perhaps Christine is taking a much deserved summer vacation?? That's the only reason I can see why it mi8ght take her a bit longer to get back to you.

It's possible they're like us... we just don't have time to do telephone service and offer a website and email and toll-free fax... we have the phone set on announce only to give pertinent details... personally, it REALLY annoys me to be in a store checking out and the person takes a phone call... I figure I was there first...
They are absolutely the best to deal with. I was shorted a cb folder on one of my orders. I called, left a message, they returned my call and sent it out immediately express mail! I was pleased with that one and all my other orders, plus some of my sisters and we're all happy!!
Love All That Scraps! And you can't beat free shipping on orders over $25.00! My only problem is that things seem to stay on the Wait List for a long time, but I'm willing to be patient at her prices!

I agree it seems some stuff is on the wait list for awhile BUT I'd rather know she's out of stock than place an order and then find out I have to wait for it! I really like the fact she tell you how many she has and what's out of stock.
Thank you all for your reviews!!! I just placed an order....the reason I had called her was to make sure that one of the items I was ordering was in stock, but according to her website there is one! I was not sure that the numbers were referrring to the numbers in stock. Once again, thank you so much for your help!!!
Nearly half of my stamp supplies are from Christine at Allthatscraps.com! I've ordered Copics, paper, ink, CC Designs stamps, ribbon, embellishments, just about everything under the sun! Her service is excellent, and her responsiveness is unmeasured - I've had good response from her via email. I hate talking on the phone, so I haven't tried that. I can recommend Allthatscraps without hesitation. Hope this helps!
