I love looking at what is being offered. I hesitate to accept when I know it is hard for me to mail things off!

I cannot drive due to chronic illness, so I have to just try to guess how many stamps it will take. If that is a factor for you, or if cost is a factor (which is to a degree to a lot of us), you could always stamp up a few images on pieces of cardstock and offer that. I love getting stamped images to color or even small things like stickers, and they will easily fit into a card sized envelope. Just an idea... My understanding is that it doesn't have to be an equal trade; just that you offer something. It's fun to share and get happy mail! I hope that helps! Please don't hesitate if you see one of my offers available that you'd like, as I just want to share them with someone!

When I offer things here, I don't care who wants to claim it. Most seem to let others have a chance if they have gotten things recently, but I don't mind if it is the same person again. When I offer something I am just hoping someone wants it and can use it. I am not particularly wanting to get something in return, although I have gotten a few things here. Sometimes I have passed the stamps on to others after I have used them.
I wouldn't offer thngs here if the cost of postage was to much for me, because I know I could find somewhere to give them locally. I just feel that people here share so much with ideas, encouragement and chatting etc. that I like to share when I can.
I really have more stamps I need to get out of here soon.
I have one strange question. Do you ever have sets of stamps that may have one or 2 stamps in it that you never use and you know you never will?
I have some sets like that and I was wondering if people would think it wierd if I gave away 1 or 2 stamps from a set. Sometimes they are sentiments that I don't use.
Anyway don't feel shy about claiming anything I post. I am thinking more will be coming this weekend.

I don't think it is strange at all. I think, at some point, everyone has stray stamps from sets, etc. Not only that, the stamp you won't ever use may be the stamp that somebody needs to complete their set and that they will use.
It's all good!!

Jeri, I used to never break up stamp sets, but I do sometimes and the stamp set police hasn't come looking for me yet! What I don't want may be just the thing someone else is looking for.

Jeri, I'm glad you asked that. I've been taking stamps off the blocks (going to try to use the blocks to make me an ATG stand), as they take up less room that way, and I split up some of the sentiment and stamp sets, because I find that I never find what I'm looking for unless it is grouped together. And sentiments can be used with so many different stamps, I think it will help me make better use of what i have. I wouldn't think anyone would have an issue with just offering whatever you wanted to from a set. I reoffer some of the things I've been given, so others can use them too. I think it's really cool that we're kind of swapping back and forth. Gives us all a chance to play with something new, get happy mail and share what we have also. It's definately helped me curb my shopping, which I needed to do!!! Because I've needed to cut down on spending. And you all are such a nice group of crafters; I enjoy chatting with you! And I like seeing what you create and hearing what you've got going on. Sorry didn't mean to write a book; I get chatty when I'm sleepy! lol...

Hoptownracer1,
Thanks again for the bear stamp I received from you. It is very cute.
I made 2 cards with it so far. I forgot to take a photo of one of them.
This is the second one I made for a Valentine for a 3 year-old girl. I think she will like it.

Oh Jeri, That is adorable! I love the colors you used! I stamped mine out, but I haven't had a chance to color them yet. So glad you shared your card pic!!! I need to share a pic of a card I made recently using some papers and stuff I was given. Maybe I can get to it tomorrow, it is so past my bedtime! lol... LOVE your card! I bet she will love it too!

Chris, I would love either of the Lawn Fawn stamps if either is still available. Hippo is my first choice.

Hi Arlene! I would love the two wooden stamps with the Christmas mouse and Gingerbread House if no one has asked for them. I sent you a PM just in case.

Question for you ladies (and any lurking gentlemen):
I bought some spiffy new dies, like a wonderful elephant & paisley set, etc. Would anyone welcome getting die cuts? I have many many {maybe too many?} dies, and lots of cs), does anyone have any requests for die cuts they'd like?

Is this like a realistic elephant or whimsical one?

All the stamps have been spoken for!
Pat, Wellington is yours!
Arlene and Pat, I will try to get them out in tomorrow's mail!
Pat, I love die cuts! I hadn't thought to offer those; what a great idea! I would love animal ones especially (serious cat fanatic here, lol)
I'll have to do those too. I love getting die cuts and stamped images; they don't take up as much room. With some of the stamps I get, I plan on taking them off the blocks, putting them on another type of mounting system and then stamping me up a bunch to color. Then I can reshare the stamps too. I just ordered some cling static plastic to try to make them into cling stamps. Just makes them so much easier to store and use. Hoping it works well!
That is a great idea about the dies Pat~ I have extra CS too, and that wouldn't be hard to do while sitting on the floor watching t.v...or cutting some out with the cricut.
Thank you.

I didn't think to mention, that anytime someone is sending me wooden stamps, they can feel free to pull them off the blocks if they'd like. It would make it a lot cheaper to ship. I am just leaving them with the rubber and cushion. If the cushion tears up, that's no biggie either! Plain rubber is fine. If they don't want to remove the wood, that's o.k. too, I'd eventually find a use for the block. I've got enough blocks to make my ATG gun holder; just haven't had a chance to do it yet. I'll have to take pictures when I get it done. I made one in past, but I got rid of it...DER! I painted it, but I may not paint this one.

Hi Arlene,
Could I have the Lawn Fawn - Winter Bunny stamp if still available?
I have a bit of travelling going on and will be offering something soon by the end of this week.
Thanks!
