Default Place to send cards?

I make cards for OWH but still have plenty I could send to another place. Is there another organization that needs cards?

thanks!
Kathy

From Our Hearts is another organization for troops to send cards home. Also try the Ronald McDonald House in your area. Local church's sunshine committee.

And if someone knows which ones take glitter that would be great too. Have some nice glittered snowflake cards left over from last year and fun glitter paper but for safety reasons can't be sent to the troops!

If you click on my signature below - it will take you to the forum where bunch of us adopted a Ronald McDonald House locally and we send each other cards for the house. We would love to have you join us!

I don't know if you get Card Maker Magazine, but they have an article each issue called Readers Reach Out. It's a different cause each issue. The Autumn issue just happens to be Operation Write Home, but the Summer issue was Stamp to Cope, a breast-cancer education, awareness, and survivorship organization in Kentucky. Their address is: Stamp to Cope, Inc., 377 Kings Trace Drive, Berea, KY 40403.

I just boxed up about 100 cards to send to MD Anderson's Breast Cancer center - they are the object of our Hope You Can Cling To card drive here each October.
