Pattern for photo frame card!

Does anyone have or know where I can find a pattern for a photo frame card? I saw where some were loaded from a VSN in Sept 05, but couldn't find a pattern. I would appreciate ant help given. Thanks in advance. Jenny

I made kind of a frame for this past VSN. I didn't have a pattern, I measured 1 inch on the left, 1 inch on the right, 1 inch from the top, and 1 inch from the bottom. Then I drew a box. I then cut out the middle and did the same for the patterned paper. I lightly adhered the patterned paper and cut it out with an exacto knife. I pulled the patterned paper off and then added a transparency to the inside. Hope this helps.
