Default Parchment paper question

Recently I have seen the three and four page advertisements in the cardmaking magazines that show these beautiful parchment cards they have make and that you can get a kit, all kinds of tools to make marks on the cards etc. Has anyone ever made any of these fancy parchment cards or used the parchment?
