Papertrey Ink Sale and “changes coming”
I’ve gotten two emails recently from Papertrey. First announced a 15% off sale on “many items” in their store. Second explained that there were changes coming, no specific details other than to say the color offerings will remain the same and the dye ink formula will remain the same, and many of the staples they offer will still be around. Gift certificates are valid until redeemed and all rewards points are still good.
The email called it a “fresh start” and said many of the changes they are planning are inspired by all the many suggestions from their customers over the last 12 years.
Should be interesting to see what unfolds. I know there have been many issues with customer service over the years. I have been fortunate to not experience problems myself while I have continued to purchase their heavy cardstock and the occasional Christmas stamp set.
