So...I was going thru ALL of my PT stamps tonight just to make sure they were in their correct CD cases. I was preparing to give them a SPA bath. I realized that I was missing a teeny tiny stamp from the faux ribbon set. I sent an email to Paper Trey at 9PM my time which was MIDNIGHT their time. Within 5 minutes Julie had replied to my email to let me know that a replacement stamp would be sent out right away!
I was almost in tears. Talk about AWESOME customer service. Can it get any better than this? I DON'T THINK SO!

I emailed Julie Saturday after find that the small lady bug had a defect in it.
She emailed me by Sunday morning that a replacement would be on the way.
Told her in my first email that I would stamp her images of the one I am having issues with. She didn't need anything. Told me a new one was on it's way.
How cool is that.
Yep...I emailed them at 10:00 p.m. Pacific time on Friday night and heard back from them in less than 10 minutes. What is so incredible is that their stamps and their customer service is really first rate!
I just got my Papertrey Little Lady set in yesterday's mail. I LOVE IT!!! I ordered it last Thursday-it came so quick. It's the cutest set and they are a great company, I agree.
I love Papertrey!! I've had nothing but the best experience with this company. I am also waiting until Thursday to order the newest release. I don't even care what it looks like, I am ordering it!!
All this talk about PT is driving me crazy. I had been waiting for so long to order the Faux Ribbon set, wanted to get free shipping of course. So I ordered it with my scalloped punch preorder. My card was charged on Friday, so I am really hoping they get there today!! I love that the sentiments will fit in my SU oval punches. Please Please be in the mail today!!

I also like their "come grow with us program" I do wish, however, they had decided on 11 sets between 2-07 and 2-08, because 12 means you have to buy them all- and really no matter how awesome a company is, don't you think that just as a matter of taste they are going to 'miss' once?

I LOVE PaperTrey! I ruined my solid butterfly (totally my fault) and they still sent me a new one, free of charge. They have a life long customer now! I, too, am stalking the blog for previews and can hardly wait for Thursday!

I ordered on a Thurs and got them on Monday! LOVE THEM! They do fit in the ovals, and they are SPEC-TACk-u-LAR! I ordered the Faux Ribbon and TextStyles, and now I need the green thumb set. Just got my punches yesterday, and was sad to have missed the Giga Scallop Circle and Oval, their pricing was better than the local store by $3 ea! But got the Jumbo of the two and sooooo happy! I Also think the Giga Rectangular Scallop punch will punch out perfectly my SU set Label Classics rectangle stamp. These ladies have a quality product, beautiful packaging, prompt service and a passion for what they do! THANK YOU PAPERTREYINK! Try those Pallette ink pads too. They are great, now if someone can tell me about these special papers they have?
You mUST buy the paper. You will never want to use another paper. (white at least) It's really thick, if you like cards without layers at all you need it because it's so thick that a card with no layers still feels soo nice and rich, not cheap or flimsy at all.
it also takes colored pencil and copic/prismacolor markers very well. Oh and stuff just stamps so sharp on it.
I love it, I will never run out, I will order a pack with every single order I put in.

Occasionally they do special releases in addition to the montly release. If I remember right, the Green Thumb set was a special release. Their website says that by the end of the 12 months you'll have plenty of sets to choose from in order to fulfill the requirements of the Come Grow With Us Program. So far I've bought Butterfly Kisses and Faux Ribbon. I really liked Green Thumb but since I have SU! Flower Filled, which has similar elements, I couldn't justify buying it (partly because I justified buying so many other stamping products). I was disappointed with Little Lady. Anyway, I'm hoping that they'll do more special releases so that I can purchase my 12 stamp sets this year.
I really do like PT, and I'm so glad I'm hearing so many good things about their customer serice. I may be a case that they just don't know how to handle. (My husband works at our Embassy in Ottawa, so the Embassy goes down to NY three times a week to pick up our mail.) I preordered three punches, and I was thrilled when my husband brought my box home, only to realize -- this was NOT my order. I sent an email to Julie, and I did get a prompt reply. She told me she was sending a mailing label to me to get them back to PT. She then went on to tell me that this would be no problem for me, because I could just repack and put the box out by my mailbox. So I emailed Julie back and explained to her that I would follow her instructions, but it would take me a while to get this done. Movers will be here next week to pack us out. I explained everything to Julie, and I asked her to please get my label out asap, so I could try to do the exchange (at the Embassy) this week. Well, that was two days ago, and I have heard nothing!! I know everything cannot be perfect all the time, but I'm just sad!! Thanks for listening!!
Papertrey is so awesome! I don't own any yet, but my friend came over and let me play wioth hers last week. I came up with a neat card so I decided to email Nichole to show her, because I hadn't seen it done in any of the galleries.
She emailed me personally the next morning! She said she had never even thought to put those 2 stamps together and she was the one who designed them! That was a huge compliment and I am never deleting that email!!!
I am looking forward to ordering some stamps soon! I am in love with the butterfly and ladybug sets!!!
