Just thought I'd pass along this little tip to anyone who is anxiously awaiting the paper piercing tool.

I didn't have the money to invest at the moment for the new crafter's tool kit, but thought the little punched holes looked great on cards. So, since necessity is the mother of invention, I went to Michaels and bought the piercing needle for $2.00 and a piece of plastic canvas (small grid - pkg of 10 for $1.00). It works great! You can use the grid to get nice straight lines of holes or use every other hole for a nice pattern - whatever trips your trigger. I'm sure the SU gizmo is first class, but in the meantime this works quite well.
