Default ok can you tell me again....?

Hi all.

I know this has been posted a few times before...but was just wondering if you could share with me again...how do you colour in your stamped images. I have 2 tombow pens and a few marvy markers....and chalks.

I have seen the wonderful cards you have all done with coloured stamped images and I am so envious and would love to know how to do it as well as you guys do.

What is the best way and what is the best product to use for colouring stamped images. THANKS!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes I just use the ink/reinkers from the stamp pad and sometimes I use the WCC. If I am looking for a bolder look, it's ususally the WCC. If it's *really* bold that I want, then it's markers. I usually specify when I upload which method or product I used for that card.

Did that help? or just make it worse, LOL!

There are so many options for coloring, watercolor pencils, watercolor crayons. prismacolor pencils and gamsol, reinkers, twinkling h2os, markers, the ink pads themselves with aquapainters and those are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
I think what you need to do is go to the gallery, find a card you like and look at what they used they usually have the instructions underneath the card.
Do you have a stamp store near you that does demonstrations? Then you can look at how the demo colors in person.
Look up techniques on the internet and you will find loads of tutorials. Beate has done some fantastic tutorials on here that you can use.
But it comes down to what you like to do. What one person loves to do, others find time-consuming or fiddly, or don't like the effect. HTH.

Here is a link to the Inky Antics Site that shows you how to use Gamsol, Colored Pencils and Blending Stumps http://www.inkyantics.com/pdfs/GamBlend.pdf
...I use that the most for my detailed images....for my more open images I love to watercolor them!
