Default Nope, (sigh), nothing in the spring mini I want...

I saw the sping mini on line, then mine arrived this week. I guess I will save some money this time because there isn't anything I like! :o I am missing the "doodle" and cutesy gene... I hope there is more to come in the new catty that appeals to me.

I'm not complaining, just making an observation!

it's a rounded tab punch, to make tabs, say for a top of a folder or the edge of a book...it makes it double sided and you fold it in half....didn't explain well...and a spiral punch, so you can add pages to a spiral notebook, ( that is is sized for). I think they are $13.95 and $9.95. no scalloped punches, sorry.

I gotta gotta have that tab punch. I love it so and who knows what these genious folks will come up with using it!
gotta have the new paper, the colors are bright and cheery and the designs are great.
gotta have that adorable crab. I wasn't crazy about the frog last year until I saw stuff on here, then I got him and loved him. So I'm skipping the waiting part and going for the crab (besides, I'm a Marylander, we do crabs well)!
gotta have the the big blossom set. They are really bold and funky, and I think they will look great 'kissed'.
oh yea, I guess I gotta have that paisley set that all the demos got for free. I really only like the paisley it's self but we'll see how the money runs.
Gee, wish I didn't like anything from it!

The only things I wanted were the 2 Easter sets until I started browsing the gallery. Now I love the doodles set, but I still can't justify getting it, because I could see it being one that just sat on my shelf even though I like it!

I glanced at the spring mini online, but nothing jumped out at me either. I think it's mostly because I've been purchasing pretty steadily all throughout this past year. My friends and I have each hosted at least 2 parties since the current caddy came out. I think we are all tired of spending so much and not using them enough. Plus, I've fallen in love with other brands of stamps!

Thats why you gotta love it....I loved a bunch of the stuff in the Winter mini and only a few things from the Spring mini - I am not into doodles either....but that does seem to be the trend with a bunch of companies - not just SU- oh well save my $$ for the New Big Catty...

When I first saw it on-line I thought - Lucky me - there's not anything in here that I just have to have. But , of course, after seeing some of the cards on here I now want the Easter bunny set, the baby set ( I have my first two grandbabies this year), papers, and maybe Doodle That. Probably more as I see more on here. Maybe I should become a hobby demo because for the past year I know I have spent $300 a quarter.

I want quite a bit. I preordered the paper and love, love, love it!! The polka dot and paisley one. I need to order more and I am starting to really love the chocolate paper too. Maybe once you start seeing more samples you will change your mind.

I so wish that I didnt like anything in this mini!
I estimate that I will have to order at least 5 packs of the Petals and Paisley paper, I have become such a sucker for beautiful paper and the fact that you can make a beautiful card with it in 10 minutes or less, is a HUGE bonus
So far I have only gotten the paper, Doodle That and another one that I can't remember the name of...with the words "family" "friends", etc...oh well, I forgot it all ready and I have never even stamped with it, maybe I didnt *need* it afterall...nah, that's a crazy thought;)

I dont want too much out of the Spring Mini either ... I like Bundle of Joy and think I will buy it ... but I think that's it ... the rest are not my style. I do like the one with the Crab, but I dont think I would get enough use out of it to pay $36.95 (Canadian) plus shipping and taxes. So ... I will save my money for the retirement list and the new catty! I've already spent enough money this year anyway!

I love soooo much in the Spring Mini. I wasn't into all the doodling until lately-- I saw some really cool things in my crafting magazines and thought-- oh WOW! I can use these in sooooo many ways. I am also GAHGAH over the alphabet! SO CUTE for little girl stuff, and there is a new baby girl in the family-- so, I can't wait to play with all the girly stuff...
I have heard nothing but "AMAZING" info about the chocolate paper -- so, of course I am going to have to buy that as well!! hehehe

I wasn't that excited when I first saw it online. Now that I have my hard copy I can't stop drooling over the thing. I only preordered the punches and papers now I regret it. The papers are all beautiful by the way. I just can't wait to show all my customers. That and this one goes til the end of June! I think it is a great spring mini and I haven't even started browsing the gallery yet.

Yes, only the demo side has the spring mini right now. If you do a search, you should find a link someone poster earlier if it is still there. The hard copies are in the process of mailing right now so customers are starting to receive them.

I love the Bunny, chocolate paper, and I'm trying to resist the baby set. That giraffe is too darn cute.

That is usually my first response to most of the mini catalogs...that is until I see all the great samples pop up in the gallery. From then I'm instantly hooked and end up buying just about everything in them. Oh well. I'm hopeless.

Oh, I want a lot! I think I figured about $175 worth. I love that set that looks kissed, the doodle alphabet, doodle this, the gorgeous paper, and some other things. I think I can resist the chocolat paper, but I'm on the fence about a few things.
