Default New Lockhart Stamps - Guest Artist

Karen Lockhart has posted a new guest artist on her website, featuring her stamps released January, 2011. I am delighted to say she selected my work. My favorite submission is a bug in a "glass" jar (bug mounted behind a stamped jar image on acetate, with buggy pearl eyes. I've given lots of information on adding interesting detail to cards. To check out her new designs, and my suggestions, here is the link:

Congratulations. Love your samples. I especially LOVE the ducks one!

I am so very excited to be taking a class from her in Atlanta at the end of the month!!! Hope I get to see some of those new stamps there!

You get to meet her? You lucky duck! We have never met. What does she cover in her classes? Nina

IRL the leaves on the geranium and the african violets really work well stamped on suede paper. They look velvety. I'm surprised that suede paper handles markers so well - good thing as the images look better with shading.

That is really neat. I will have to try. The class is a colored pencil class but I am not sure what all it will cover. It is actually two classes back to back.
