Default Nestabilities help so I can stamp an image

Okay, living in the UK makes some things really difficult to get hold of, lol but I have the classic circle nestability set of four etc, and I want to just emboss a circle and then a scallop one so that I can stamp an image in the middle but how do I do that without it actually cutting them out first? I have a big shot, I bought the spellbinders Charm kit (that somebody told me to do) but so far have only been able to work out how to use the tan thing that came with that along with my big shot mats? anybody know what I should do or use etc pretty please with sugar on top?!!! xx

I have a cuttlebug, but I think there are some threads on this over in the tool area. You might check there.
