Need Help with Jiffy Mix Instructions

I am looking for a Happy Birthday Jesus poem that you attach with a belly band around a Jiffy Mix box for a Christmas gift. Does anyone happen to have that poem? Trying to make this for a gift for my 3 nieces this year! THanks!

I've never heard of this either but would love to find the poem.

I did a search on google but didn't find anything related to a cake. I'll keep looking and hope others will too.

This Christmas is going to be very different for our family due to finances so I'd love to include this idea.

Thanks for any help you can give us in finding this. If nothing else, guess I'll try to come up with something on my own.
