To me (from long hours spent on Ebay, lol!) they look like nail art tools:

Nail Art Brush Dotting Tools 2 Way Sculpture Pen Silicone Head Carving Craft TR | eBay

Mind you, I use a lot of nail art tools for crafting, notably the nail dotting tools for styluses (stylii?) and delicate glue placement, and nail art brushes for very fine work. Also nail foil for foiling. Lots of cheap goodies on Ebay in the nail art stuff are great in the craft room!!!

Colour Shapers, and Dina recommended one of them for using with liquid art masking fluid. It's somewhere in a forum thread but might also have been in a Weekly Inkling.

I'm with Sabrina! It was a recent weekly inkling, I think, that Dina talked about these tools.

Pretty much the same thing then, that I found on Ebay. Cheap is my second favorite price!

Are they sticky/tacky at all? If so, you might have got them for picking up and placing small embellishments, like gems or sequins.

They can make designs in a layer of acrylic paint, or even dabbed into a container of paint or ink to make dots, squiggles, etc.. They can blend pastels too. (The ones for nail art are much smaller than the ones for clay.)

bjeans,

Not sure if that's what I got them for, but that's what I will use them for!!! Thank you so much. Great video! These tools will last so much longer than what I use now for blending. Thanks again. You are the greatest!

Those are paint shapers! They're wonderful crafting tools. I use mine all the time, mostly for glue and embossing powder. They are unparalleled for getting stray bits of embossing powder off your paper before you heat set; much better than a paintbrush as there are no stray hairs to knock about nor static. Powder sticks to the tip if you touch it. They're also good for nudging very tiny paper pieces and cleaning up glue in spots where your fingers are too big to reach.

Thank you, Embri! Would never have thought of those ideas. Sounds like I need to keep these close at hand.

I bought my set originally for some sculpting, but they get more mileage these days with paper and glue. Think of 'em as a stand-in for your finger, wherever you need one that's much, much tinier. The silicone tips are squishy like finger pads and have a tiny bit of surface adherence when dealing with the minuscule.

It looks like it was available a single stamp.

Here is a blog post with the sale flyer.

Does anyone know the name of this 1999 stamp set? It was given to me without a label.
