Question Need help decorating a room...

I have a decorating question, I thought you could help! I have a room that is painted lavender on the walls. Painting it is not feasible at this time, but I am working with it for a 14 year old girls room. She is very into bright pinks and orange colors, polka dot prints, that type of thing. Is there a color that can somehow connect a lacy looking lavender color with bright, fun pink decorations? Any decorating ideas that might help? Thanks!

You might be able to find a multi-colored fabric, duvet/quilt, curtains, or whatever that would incorporate all those colors. I know my dd loves all of those colors and I've found a lot of stuff that uses them all. Or maybe painting or stamping some pink and orange flowers or butterflies or whatever she's into on the walls. I think the lavender can totally work with these other colors.

Default decorating

Any of the SU soft subtles colors would probably work....I like celery and pretty in pink with the purples...you can stamp on the walls, make a matching blanket, pillow case, sheets etc. all you need are plain white items or a solid color, and you and or she can go crazy..I know my daughter loved that she got to help make things for her room. Save money and use what you already have (maybe the back side of the comforter)
