I am CASE-ing this card. I truly wish I could have found the same background paper that she had, but can't find it for the life of me. Anyhow, I just made a practice one and I was trying different colors and techniques for the berries.
On some of the berries I colored Real Red & Cherry Cobbler (from SU). It was ok but I wanted something a little more substantial. So I grabbed my red Stickles. I like the look of them but didn't care too much for the glitter aspect of it. Is there anything else I can use that is similar to Stickles without the glitter? I liked the added dimension it gave the card but the glitter was just out of place.

Enamel Accents (Ranger) will give dimension and gloss without glitter. Liquid Pearls too, but I'd say Enamel Accents would suit you better. I haven't used Nuvo Drops but I think they are similar to the Enamel Accents.
Like Joanne, I can't see a picture so I'm just guessing.
p.s. - you can use a stylus or blunt needle to add the drops with more precision if you need.
Looking at the picture, I think any of the above suggestions will work for you. BTW, are you the lady who was searching for this PSX stamp recently? If so, well done on getting one.
I’ve used red stickles with this stamp and like how it looks. However I really like Nuvo drops too. I like it with that wood grain background paper. I don’t have any of that, but do have a wood grain background stamp. I’m going to CASE this too. Thanks for posting and good luck.
You could add something clear over the top of coloured berries - Glossy Accents would work or whatever the SU! equivalent is called. That would mean the shading on the stamp would still be visible but you’d get a glossy, domed finish.
I agree that Nuvo drops or enamel dots would work if you want something more substantial than just coloring in with markers. Just watch when you purchase the Nuvo drops that you get a plain or pearl one, and not one with glitter.
Christmas 2016 I purchased 12x12 woodgrain looking background paper at Michael’s. It was gray, and I wanted a blue tint. I ended up using some Broken China distress ink to make it blue...worked great! I believe I saw the paper there this year too. Maybe you could use that but change the color somehow.
Or perhaps if you have, or want to buy a woodgrain embossing folder, there are many on the market; you could emboss a tan card stock then lightly rub a white ink pad over top hitting the raised parts to get that look. I’d stamp the wreath on a separate piece of paper and cut it out to attach to the woodgrain piece in that case.
If you have small rhinestones, remember that they can be colored with alcohol markers to be any color you wish.
If you prefer a quick-dry alternative to glossy accents, etc., try Sakura Glaze pens ... Clear is a favorite!
And another item I like is Viva Decor Pearl Pens ... does the same dimensional dot like Nuvo drops does, just a name that isn't as widely promoted but has been available online for several years.
