My mat pack template holes are crooked

Has anyone noticed this on your mat pack template? I put 3 brads on a card today and they were uneven. I thought I was really challenged since I couldn't even line up brads using the template. Then I looked at the medium sized holes on the template and they are not straight. What good is it if the holes are not straight! The holes for the faux stitching are ok which was the primary reason I bought it but gosh. I could exchange it but it seems like they would all be the same. So anyone else noticed this?

If you're unhappy with your purchase in any way (if it's within 90 days) then definately call your demo. She can call and get an exchange and hopefully a new one would be better. If customers and demos don't call, then SU may not know there is a problem.

I didn't notice it, but my SIL used my mat pack and said the medium holes were crooked. It's well past the 90 days...

I never thought about it at the time, but YES, I used it quite a while back (when it was first new) and it looked crooked when I was done ... then I thought it was just my eyes, lol !!!!! So I have to agree that it probably was crooked! Geez, mine is past 90 days too.

If you are in need of a quick fix....you can type periods on your computer and space them out as needed. Print and poke away!

Shannon, that is so easy, duh! I use a piece of plastic canvas used for needlepoint as a piercing guide sometimes.
