MFT Lip Balm Die

Has anyone used the MFT Lip Balm die? I was wondering if anyone used it without the pouch. I am thinking about purchasing this die but wondering if MFT decides to discontinue their pouches, can this die still be useful. Just need some opinions:p. Thanks, Brookst777

Not yet, but I was looking at their nugget label window and frame die, that one looks cool too. But you raise a good question, if they stop making their pouches, could we get them some where else or like you stated, use them without them? Hmm...

Thanks for responding... I was looking at the nugget label die as well so I am still on the fence. I am wondering how the product would look without the pouch. Would it still look cute?

I did a quick Google search and all the samples had the pouch...and they looked cute. I don't think it would still look cute without it, but hard to say without having the actual product in hand. I know that doesn't help but hopefully someone who does have it will respond.

if you are still wondering about purchasing their nugget label window and frame die, an idea would be to use cellophane bags when MFT decides to discontinued their pouches. saw a YT where she makes her own nugget tag using cellophane clear bag. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5kTXa6dT18o

Are they discontinuing some/all of the pouches? That would be disastrous in my opinion. I hope you're asking "just in case".

I have the lip balm dies. I think they would look really cute without the pouches. Use the window die on the front of your card; stamp your sentiment on the inside; then use the frame to accent where you cut the window. It would also look cute with little animals, birds, flowers, etc, peeking thru. Would also look great on tags. You could also use multiple frames on your card front, lined up or off kilter, or going off the card. Glad you asked the question - these are just off the top of my head.

The window die is 13/16ths X 2.875". The inside of the frame matches that exactly. Hope this helps.

Came on here looking for the same answer. Wondering if you (or anyone) were able to figure something out with the lip balm die since this was posted over a year ago. The nugget one looks great with the cellophane. Wondering if anyone tried it with lip balm. I just ordered the die.
