Betty, those are great cards! Thanks for sharing.

Default Masculine stationery is needed

I agree. We have to look passed trends and look at the young boys and men in our lives and run with it. ( just not with scissors in our hands).

I have found that Cricut has a LOT of really great images to choose from.
As far as materials are concerned, there is a huge lack in stamps and paper that is masculine and classy.

If you have a Cricut check out my recent post DIY Cricut Greeting Card Masculine Wood Grain Stationery.

Once my printer is replaced I plan on creating my own print then cut files specifically masculine sentiments and such to create really manly men cards that honor the Lord.

(No offense taken if it's me.) Creating adult masculine cards is challenging for me.
I conducted a search for masculine themed products and my findings are few, especially embellishments. Am I looking in all the wrong places?

There is plenty to choose from for juvenile/teen boys, but not for "adult" men. Even the camping/hunting/fishing themes are bit too juvenile.
Yes, there are gears, clocks, vintage men, vintage travel, old vehicles, I have them and I've them over and over again.

I would like to see something new and more modern for the adult male.
What about you?

Happy Card Making!

Thank you. It's good to know I'm not alone with creative blocks.
But once those creative juices start flowing I go with the flow.
Since I started this post I've produced 32 cards and I'm still working on more.

Wow, they never come out as perfect as yours. So they never end up on my cards.

Nicely done! Your other cards are beautiful as well. I will give your stenciling technique a try.

I like to use a stock photo or graphic of something the guy is interested in (sport, hobby, career, music), emboss part of the image with clear EP to make it shiny. Then die cut out one word (name, the hobby, etc.) with an alphabet die and pop it up from a contrasting CS background. Add mats and embellishments. Voila!
