Default Marco Paper question

I pre-ordered some Tim Holtz items on July 31st and they were "expected in August" for some of the items, and "expected in September" for the others. I hadn't heard anything regarding these after the fact, so on September 25th I sent an email asking for expected ship dates. I never received a reply, so I sent another email this evening. I've never heard of issues with Marco Paper, so I'm assuming this is an anomaly. Still, I'm a bit unsettled by the lack of response. Any ideas that might help?

This would be very unusual for them. I've order from them often without any problem. Part of his crew is on the road for a craft show this weekend but would think there would be people around to handle normal day to day operations. I've also received emails from them with updates on preorders that are delayed. Maybe want to check your junk mail??

You can call their toll free number 1 888 433 5239 between 8:30 to 4:30 EST Monday thru Friday.

The order still says "awaiting fulfillment", but I did get a response from Greg tonight. Apparently they were having issues getting the items from China (gotta love those tariffs!) and only received many of them yesterday, so now they are scrambling to fulfill all of the orders and get them sent out. I'm not in a rush (told him so, too) - I mostly just wanted an update. I feel acknowledged and relieved now, so all is well again in the Sue-niverse...

Glad you finally heard back, Sue.
I've only purchased from them "in person" at the stamp/scrap conventions here, and of course that's always fine.
