Default Making patterned paper/OSW advice, please

I need to make a couple of sheets of patterned paper--basically a one-sheet wonder--to use as an accent layer for Valentines. The main image is going to be one of the truffles in the (retired) Oh So Sweet set. I've seen Nichole Heady do this on her blog a couple of times but I'm stumped on a SU set to use. The truffle image is not real big--maybe 1.5 inches once it's matted, if that influences your suggestions.

Thank you so much!

In my spare time (ha!) I love to stamp, scrapbook,
and eat chocolate. Not necessarily in that order.

I have that same set. Could you use the stamp that does the tiny kisses. Or if you have the wheel that does the kisses. Or stamp one of the verses that come with the set all over the page in a color that's close to the cardstock or versamark ink. Hope that helps. You could put Crystal Effects on the Truffle to make it stand out more.
