Default Making Memories Tag Maker

Has anyone used this and if so, how do you like it? Am contemplating a purchase but would like some feedback first. Thanks, Donna

Default Love it!

I just bought it a couple weeks ago at LSS after posting a similar question on here and getting positive comments. I haven't used it a lot, but I love it so far. It's nice to be able to put whatever color CS, pictures, ect. you want in there easily.

I have it, I like it...but I could live without it.

I bought it just as it came out and didn't have all the info, I didn't realize you cut our your paper first, I thought it punched it for you...I know silly me, had I really thought about it, I would have figured it out...but I got caught up in the hype.

If you love tags and love having them match your project and have metal rims, then get it. The metal rims cost the same as a package of regular tags, so you get to do a little extra work, but it makes the finished product match.

If you buy just the metal tag shapes, it comes with a template. You can use your bone folder to crimp the edges down. When I worked at the scrap store, we learned that because so many didn't want to invest the $24.99 in the tool since it's just for that purpose. I don't have one, but am thinking of getting the metal tag templates.

I just buy the tag shapes and use them in my Sizzix machine or you can use the QuicKuts handle to pinch the metal.
