Check out the Gallery. I've noticed ton's of new cards today...Some without any comments at all.

I have been doing my part today. And something esle I've been doing is if someone leaves a comment for me, Then I in turn leave some for them on one of their cards.

Something I have learned also is when leaving a comment...It is sometime hard to go back to where you were before. So I have been right clicking and opening another window..So this way I can leave some feedback on someones card.

And when I'm finished I make sure that the comment is there before closing the window.

With all the people we have here on SCS...The photo gallery should be full of comments!!!

I have been commenting tonight too. I know what it is like to get comments - it brings a smile to my face so hopefully I can make someone else smile.

But there are so many others that look and then leave.

It is nice to have comments in our photo gallery it's almost like getting a Card in the mail from someone.....


Again: right click and open in another window......It's easy!

Thanks for the reminder. We really DO need to be patting the back of our fellow stampers to encourage them to continue to contribute their wonderful creations!

thanks for the suggestion about right clicking to open the link in a new window. That saves some time and allows me to leave more comments!

One of my New Year's resolutions is to comment more about the wonderful creations that are in the gallery. Every day there are many, many wonderful things posted and I have to slow down and take the time to actually type the positive comments I am thinking!

So...it's off to the gallery I go...

I agree...I have made myself spend a few moments commenting on cards every time I visit the gallery. I try to look for new names and faces (or avatars) too. Sometimes it is easier to do a "drive by" but it is so much nicer to make someone happy.

This is a nice reminder - with so many cards coming into the gallery it is hard to keep up! When I am looking in the galleries under a particular stamp catergory I ofter sort by # of views and try to comment on the ones that have been "over looked".
