Magazine submission question

Just Cards magazine says that they will return your cards to you if you include the postage. Has anyone done this and actually received your cards back? I don't want to waste money to include return postage if they don't really "get around to it" for whatever reason, KWIM?

Maybe this is strange, but I'd rather get my cards back and donate them somewhere myself instead of not knowing where they may end up.

I have sent in submission to other magazines and done it this way. I have always gotten my Cards back.
