LOVE, LOVE, L*O*V*E* PaperTrey Stamps!!!
Oh my GOSH! If anyone is on the fence about these stamps, I've just GOTTA shove you onto the "buy them" side of that fence!

I LOVED the idea of clear stamps when I first started buying the CTMH ones. Then I realized that they just did NOT stamp well! The small ones especially are stinky! The ink pooled, etc. So I bought some fluid chalk inks to help...really didn't help. There are some stamps that just won't stamp at all. I've done EVERYTHING to them. Erased them with a high quality art eraser, washed them in soapy water (like my demo said to) and everything. Those poor sets just sit in their little box never getting used.
PaperTrey's stamps? FREAKIN' FABULOUS! I can stamp with Classic inks, I can stamp with fluid chalk, I can STAMP with them period! They are AWESOME! I love, love, LOVE them! I'm so excited that the Faux Ribbon set is coming to me soon as I already have Butterfly Kisses and Green Thumb. LOVE them! Buy, buy, buy! (I've never been good @ subliminal messages.....just flat out honesty!)

I'm drooling over them right now. Can't wait to order them! Of course, I feel kinda guilty, I don't use the stamps I have enough already as is!

Ok, you have now shoved me to the "buy" side of the fence. I was leary about them just because they are clear and I haven't had a lot of luck with them in the past either. The samples in the gallery almost shoved me over, but now that you have written this, I am going to have to take the plunge. Thanks for sharing this information!

I was close to ordering them but didn't want to pay $9.95 USD for shipping for one stamp set.... esp. when they're UM so the pkg most likely wouldn't cost more than a couple dollars to mail.

They have free shipping over $25. So if you only wanted one set, just buy an ink pad and you're over the $25 mark. They ship them packed well, and in a very nice box (would make a beautiful display wall in a storefront!) along with the CD jewel case to store them in, etc. It's really an AWESOME deal! There are SO many stamps in one set, it's NUTS! (I know, I'm rambling!)

Disney Doll - you are really enticing me to buy these stamps. You see, I agree with you totally about the clear stamps that I have used - they never stamped very well so, as a result, they are just sitting, unused, in the drawer.
But you say these are different, that they stamp better, hmmm. The samples in the gallery are beautiful. I think I'm going to take another look at these PaperTrey stamps. Thanks a bunch

I order every set the day it comes out and my fourth, faux ribbon, arrived today (I'm in UK, so it takes a week to ship). It's hard to describe why the sets are so good, they all coordinate with each other, they are beautifully made, they stamp amazingly well and you just can't help but come up with lots of ideas every time you get the set out.
I have made more with these sets than with any other set I own, SU or not.
The sentiments are fantastic and are usually just the right tone for a card.
I don't regret a single cent that I have spent, including the nearly $50 I have paid in shipping so far. I will continue to order on the first day of every release, I can't imagine Nichole making a bad set.

Did you buy the acrylic blocks from PaperTrey as well? Are the sizes versatile for other clear stamp sets ?
I am inching closer to buying a set !
Thanks,
Pegg

Papertrey Stamps
Best acrylic stamps I have ever used!! The quality is awesome, and the designs speak for themselves. I bought the blocks that Papertrey sells, and I can use them with many other acrylic stamps! The customer service and shipping are great! I usually get my sets within 3 days of ordering!!! All three of the sets that are available are so versatile and cute!! GET THEM!!!

I was so leery of acrylics too because of what I've heard about CTMH, etc. I bought the first set when it came out and I was amazed. The quality is excellent! I have all the sets and I'll add to my collection every 15th of the month I use these now all the time for my private stamping, even though I'm a SU! demo! Nichole is an absolute sweetheart and very encouraging to all artists (check out her blog post about the Lil' Stamper). The customer service is top-notch. The packaging makes me feel like I'm getting a gift!
So go... buy, buy, buy!!! You'll wonder why you waited so long.
Oh, and I LOVE the free shipping!!!!

I have tons of CTMH acrylix and I love them! I'm sorry you've had a bad experience with them. I also have 3 of the 4 Papertrey sets and love them, too. Not a demo for CTMH, just a faithful customer. I think these are 2 of the best companies to buy acrylic stamps from.

How often does each stamp set come out? Is this a monthly thing? Someone mentioned May 15? Please clue me in.
Thanks.

Yup, they come out on the 15th of every month. I am going to order a couple of sets today or tomorrow, I have seen such beautiful cards made with them, I just have to get them.

I adore.....absolutely ADORE Papertrey's stamps!! I ADORE them!!! I took all 4 sets to my monthly swap group I formed and they loved them as well. Don't get me wrong, I adore my SU! stamps just the same...it is something to do with that clever packaging PTI has....I told my hubby when he picked up the ribbon set that he WAS TO NOT TOUCH that box! I had to carefully open and unwrap the stamps myself, he thought I had gone bonkers!
If you are not sure yet - I asure you they are fantastic sets, and wonderful quality.
Now do I really have to wait until May 15th???!!! Oh please tell me it isn't so!

Add me to the delighted group. They ship so fast and the stamps are wonderful. I have had bad experiences with brands of clear. These are different from any others I have purchased. I am extremely happy and yes, any ink has worked for me. I love how they are broken down into lots of elements for creativity. They are definitely now one of my favorite companies along with A Muse, SU, Rubber Romance, Gel-a-Tins and Impress.
