Default Looking for printed "inside greetings" for A2 cards

I have a friend who's just getting started in card making. She does not stamp and she has no desire to. But she does want to start making Christmas cards. She wants to have a nice printed greeting on the inside and then she'll just sign her family's name at the bottom.

Is there a place to purchase these that would fit in an A2 card?

I think a lot of the Christmas stamp sets include sentiments that work on the inside of the card. Also, go to Penny Black and Simon Says Stamp and use the search tool for "Christmas" in their 'words and sentiments' section ... seems like both have some lovely inside the card sentiments.

How cool for your friend that she has you to support her as she gets started in this crazy hobby of ours. (I saw a stamp a bit ago that says 'I can't believe this all started with one stamp set. LOL!)

Another good place to check is 123stitch.com In addition to having tons of different companies they put different things on sale for 20-30% off each week. If she's just getting started it might help her pick a few things for future use too........not just Christmas.

Could she not print her own? She'd be able to print four to a page and trim them, or even just two to a page on lighter paper and make an insert, which always looks good.

I have never seen preprinted sheets for gluing inside an A2 card, no.

I would print my own, like Sabrina suggests.

I've been printing my own pretty much from the get go. I love being able to say what I really wanted to say.

The Hunkydory brand have pads of sentiments Sentiments - Toppers & Decoupage - Papercraft | Hunkydory Crafts

https://www.amazon.com/Hunkydory-Lit...+making+verses

I don't know what the measurements for A2 are, or how well they would go in cards not made out of Hunkydory's other supplies.

I've been known to look for donated boxes of all occasion, birthday and Christmas cards at thrift stores.

I like to cut out the sentiments that come with those cards and use them on cards I make.

Can't beat the prices, either.

not sure if this is helpful, but DS and his new wife went to Etsy to find a designer/printer for their wedding invitations ... gorgeous! I wonder if that's not an option? (DS and DDiL were sent a download that they then took to a local printer)

I have also come across this Crafty Bobs Verse Cd - Over 9000 Card Verses on Cd Rom - VERSECD | Craftsuprint
And similarly there is an e-book on Amazon that has card verses, it wasn't very expensive.

I don't know of any places where you can purchase bulk inserts for cards, besides those already listed, but agree with Sabrina and others who've mentioned printing your own. I've done that for years for my handmade Christmas cards. I can write my own note or pick a sentiment I don't have in my stamps, and enter that text into a label template in Word that formats a page into 4 sections, like a postcard. I print as many copies as I need (divided by 4) and cut the paper into the 4 card insert-size sections. Sorry I'm probably not explaining this very well, but I like the fact I can adhere the insert and include just a quick handwritten "hi" to our friends.

I agree. That is what I do to personalize my cards for family.
