I don't know of any places where you can purchase bulk inserts for cards, besides those already listed, but agree with Sabrina and others who've mentioned printing your own. I've done that for years for my handmade Christmas cards. I can write my own note or pick a sentiment I don't have in my stamps, and enter that text into a label template in Word that formats a page into 4 sections, like a postcard. I print as many copies as I need (divided by 4) and cut the paper into the 4 card insert-size sections. Sorry I'm probably not explaining this very well, but I like the fact I can adhere the insert and include just a quick handwritten "hi" to our friends.
