Default Looking for a Moon Card

I need help finding a card I saw posted. It was a card with a moon on the front and had a wonderful poem. The 1 year anniversary of my friend's mother's death is approaching and I had wanted to make the card to give to her. I can't remember where I saw it, here or TechniqueJunkies, or?? It used a very pretty moon, maybe from Stardust or Sun Moon & Stars? The poem was wonderful, and that is what made the card seem perfect for me to use at this time. It wasn't the poem from Stardust though. I know this isn't much to go on, but thought I'd give it a shot anyway. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Jodi
