Default Looking for Kid Friendly (washable) ink refills

I have the stampin' up kids stamp pads, but after one day of kids stamping bookmarks at a kid's festival, the ink was dry and the pads needed to be re-inked. I needed them for the next day, so I reinked them with my SU pad reinkers, which isn't as kid friendly, in terms of washing off of little fingers. I am going to be doing this festival again in a few weeks and need to reink these pads again. Does anyone have a source for washable ink refills for the kids' pads?

Has anyone bought the pads from Oriental Trading Co? Do they wash off well?

TIA for all of your insight....

Kelle
