Little Monkeys (Store More Stamps)

A few months ago I placed an order with this company. After a month of not receiving my order I emailed. On her end it showed that the item was delivered, but I never received it. She resent and in a week I had my order. I was a little upset, but these things happen ya know?

So a month ago I place another order hoping for the best, because I really like this product. I still have not received my order. I also am not receiving any responses to my emails. I know on her blog she has been sick recently but again, I placed my order A MONTH ago.

I am by no means trying to "bash" this company, b/c like I said, I really like this product. So I am wondering if any of you have ordered and had similiar issues. I only have a few days left to have my money refunded through PAYPAL, and I really don't want to, because I want my order.

Anyone?

I love my little monkeys! I don't know what to tell you but there have been family illnesses and I believe deaths in the past year. I do know of a store in Waco, TX where I first found the product but I don't know if they can help you--Crop, Paper, Scissors. They are lovely people and may have an answer.

I also had the same problem. I e-mailed and then called the phone number on the website. A couple of days later, I received a phone call with a message that she had broke her hand and was behind but would be shipping the next day. Another two weeks went by and I e-mailed again with no response and then my order arrived.

My only problem with my order was the fact that I had to do the e-mailing/calling. A simple e-mail saying there was a delay would have helped.
