The largest workshop I ever had (or have seen) was $950ish. It was in 2004 and I have never had another that approached it. I loved all the free stuff I got for that one (it was SAB). I am sure someone has blown mine away. I am anxious to see the other answers. Great question!
The largest order I ever placed was about $350 by myself about 2 years ago. I still have unopened packages of paper from that order. I'm curious to see what the largest single order is as well.
In just the last two months I've had a $1077 order and a $950 order, both club orders. I also had a $1500 order from one online order from a single person. And she usually orders a couple of times a year.
So I'm sure there are much larger workshop/club orders out there.
For workshops I'm pleased if they meet the $150 qualifying limit. But my clubs are always over $450.
Before I was a demo one of my WS was about $1200...that made me want to become a demo LOL.
Since then I haven't kept up. I know I split one once for a lady into a $700 ws and I think a $400 one.

The largest WS I've ever demoed was $1,500 and my largest order was close to $600. I saved during SAB so that I could order whatever I liked for the new Catalogue!
One of my customers placed an order for about $500 and then another couple of hundred a few weeks later. Those aren't the norm for me but it sure was nice!
What a fun question! You should totally ask this on the SU Facebook page and see what the company has to say! I would love to know what the official records are!
Yowza there are some huge orders. My largest was when I first started stamping about 10 years ago and I had basically nothing. I spent a bonus check of $800. It was guilt free fun shopping.
