I recently got a new lamp at Joann's (thanks for the help guys picking)
I went to send the link to a friend to show them what I got, happy that I got it half off-only to discover it was 30 dollars
less than I paid for it a week earlier....
So I emailed them and pointed out all major retailers stand behind mark downs like that and can I please have that difference?
After one email saying they do it IF it is within 7 days and was the same format (online to online or store to store) and me coming back with well it WAS 7 days, online to online...I got radio silence so I shrugged and figured I was outta luck. Be happy with the 50% off.
But today, 10 days later, I got an email-they gave it to me.
So kudos to them and lesson that nothing ventured, nothing gained.
