jr. legal pads

Does anybody have any instructions for jr. legal pad covers. I want to make a few for some gifts.

There are two different types to choose from. I used the notebook cover one!! Hope this helps!! :lol:

hey there thanks for the help!

I have a neighbor who's 1 year old daughter is going into the hospital for open heart surgery.

I thought it would be nice for her to have a journal to write down all of her thoughts. It can get really lonely in a hospital.
