I hope Pocket Fun retires.....cause I would like to pick it up from a demo that can't use it anymore! All I like in this set is the "pocket" and I won't let myself buy sets where I only like one or two stamps and not the whole set....$19.95 is too much just for the pocket!! KWIM?
Every year I think "nice and easy notes" has GOT to retire this year AND every year it makes it into the next catalog. soooo maybe this year will be the year ;)

We had a workshop at my house when I was in MIDDLE SCHOOL (I'm 22 now)! My mom bought this set, so I was really surprised that it's still current! I looked through her 97/98 catalog, and there it was! Why keep this set when there are so many others that are great??? I hope it goes too!
That cracked me up about putting Charming Children on the halloween pages - they are very scary, so that would be appropriate.
I also second getting rid of the Please Be Seated set - I do not see why anyone would ever buy that set. I also don't like Frolicking Frogs at all - although I know others love it.
I own Nice & Easy Notes, but I bought it back in 1998, if I remember correctly, so it would seem that it's time for that baby to retire.
I like "Cruisin' Christmas", but it's too much work to color in 75 of those babies for Christmas cards. i bought it....made a sample...haven't used it since.
I'm hoping the Dutch set goes as well. I was surprised that it made it past last year.
I'm ready for a lot of change, although that means spending more money, doesn't it? I honestly haven't purchased anything out of the regular catalog (minus supplies and a background or two) since probably October. I have been getting everything out of the minis.
I've always heard that Nice and Easy Notes is continually one of SU's best sellers - if not the best seller - and that is why they've continued to keep it in the catalog. Not that it's my favorites or anything, though... I don't even own it myself.
I second retiring all the old Sellabration stuff... so tired of looking at some of them!

Definitely the creepy kids, along with a lot of the cartoonish sets - too many to name. I'd like to see more sets geared for adults rather than cartoons. A few are okay, but this catty had way too many.
Ditto the creepy kids! I thought I was the only one!
The other thing that needs to go is the Nascar with the SU logo. I was excited about this set until I saw the SU logo. It's ok if your a lady into Nascar, but not for the guys!
Many fo the flowers need to go as well... too many flowers!
I am sick to death of looking at that windmill and those Dutch shoes!! They are just to cheesy.
I have them already and like them as Dutch and the area I live in an area where half of the people are Dutch. So, I guess I don't care if the get rid of them but then replace it with something else that is "Dutch".
I hope Nice and Easy Notes goes, but I hope they replace it with a similar all purpose set that is easy to use. Perhaps two smaller sets or something buffett style....
I know I'm probably in the minority, but I wouldn't mind most of the word stamps going, so they would get all new word sets in. I've started buying word stamps from other companies because I'm tired of the same ol' same ol' from the SU sets.

I agree with you there! They just keep rehashing the same sentiment over and over. How about something original. New sympathy and birthday sayings.
Agree on the word sets. I am REALLY DISCOURAGED that the Christmas sets always say "happy holidays" or "season's greetings" and would like to see new word sets that are CHRISTMAS words. I'd also like to see some new/better sympathy, birthday, etc.
LOL! I gave up speculating a long time ago; my instincts as to what should stay and what should go always seem to be contrary to SU!'s decisions anyway.
