Default I've heard of fast shipping but come on!
Ok, so I have heard of fast shipping, but COME ON..I just placed an order about 20 minutes ago at www.scrapbookpal.com for some mono multi, since I am on my last tube and also added in two bottles of stickles (gotta try these) and 2 cat's eye chalk pads. Shipping was free over $25, so just now I get a notice it is shipping today, and then right after that comes the tracking number showing they shipped it priority mail. WOW, talk about fast shipping..lol..I love thier prices on mono multi, and have ordered from them before..I just can't believe how fast they shipped this time! YEAH..Great customer service!

Always great to hear about companies who treat their customers well. Sometimes I forget to share the good customer service stories with others but I am never shy about the bad ones. TFS!

Thanks for the terrific link to scrapbookpal.com. I checked out that site and the prices sure are great, and such a marvelous selection. I just bought some Colorbox Fluid Chalk Cat's Eye's at our LSS and the colors were limited and cost a bit more. Have put this site in my favorites for future supply needs.

Just wanted to add that I had a very positive experience with them too. I found them through SCS (where else?) when I was looking for someplace to order Stickles and like Lisa, ordered over $25 to get free shipping. My order was placed on Sunday and arrived yesterday, together with a free gift. I will be ordering again for sure (because there are many more colors of Stickles that I feel I need to own.........)

I placed an order with http://www.catslifepress.com/ today and paid thru paypal and they will ship by the weekend and should have it Monday!!! Take a peek at their stamps.

Not only does scrapbookpal.com have great shipping and customer service - you should check out their ribbon section! lots of colors (velvet ribbons too) that coordinate with SU colors. Great prices too.
