Question ISO Template for box to hold 10 cards

I am searching for a template for a box that holds 10 cards.
The cards site on their end (so the box is taller rather than wider) and the top is hinged. Has anyone seen this?

I made this one by copying an existing box I had for some notecards.

I have the directions on another computer that I can retrieve tomorrow, if this is sort of what you're looking for.
