Envelopes, Printed or Plain, in all Sizes, Styles, and Colors - Envelopes.com has a very big selection and are reasonably priced...

One place I've gotten different sized envelopes is at a local printer's--they had envelopes left over from orders they had filled (i.e. not all of a box of envelopes was used for the order) and let me buy the extras for a really reasonable price and they had a number of different sizes to choose from.

HTH.

Staples Store has the invitation envelopes on sale. I think there were somethinkg like $5.70 or so for 100 envelopes. I bought a 2 boxes. That should last me for about a year give or take.
