I think I have that "illness". Should I see a doctor? Or maybe just my SU demonstrator. What do you think?

Sooo.. fornlornly, *yeah, right* I plan my errands around my Michael's fix and usually take most of the day!

I'm so glad the study didn't include the 12 step program! I'd sure hate to adamently refuse help for being a stampaholic! I'm afraid the program wouldn't work for SCS'ers anyway.
May God bless, Sandi

Of course we don't need a 12 step program! Why there's not a thing wrong with any of us! Just look at how HAPPY we are when we're in our own little stamping spaces, blissfully stamping, embossing, measuring, coloring, painting, matching ribbon - could there be anything better?????? Though there was that ugly little incident in at stamp store in Daytona Beach, where myself and 2 of my stamping sisters went for a "rubber fix" while on vacation and we all wanted the same stamp, of which there was only one, that lovely lady who owned the store actually asked "Do I need to seperate the 3 of you?" I was shocked that she had never seen that behavior before. My sisters and I believe that "whoever dies with the MOST STAMPS wins!" And even though we've been told on more that one occasion "you girls just ain't right" it's usually be the same people who also tell us that they have saved every card we've ever sent them. Addiction or Obsession, we don't care. We believe in PMS - Purchase More Stamps!

Of course, there is another study - the direct correlation between rubber stamps and chocolate. Apparently not content with turning our hobby into an obsession, the Aliens want us to grow buts and hips big enough to keep us in our chairs at our stamping spaces, stamping and embossing and eating more chocolate - those darn aliens!!!!!!!

PS: I think I might be one of the aliens - I'm quite sure I have regular out-of-body experiences!!!!!!

Thus opening up a whole new can of worms! The dreaded RBS, more commonly known as Rubber Butt Syndrome - a sly, sneaky ailment that catches most stampers unaware until one day, as they're trying to wrestle themselves into a pair of jeans, they look in the mirror and much to their horror they see someone else's butt there! It's like, where did that come from? Whose butt is that? How can this be happening? These jeans fit last week! I've tried to make myself get "excerise" while stamping by putting my paper cutter 2 steps away from my work table, embossing powder 3 steps away, and OMG the ribbon is clear on the oppisite side of the room! But all of my attempts have failed! RBS has found me! And just to save you all a whole heap of trouble let me just tell you that it's absolutely impossible to stamp and walk on a treadmill at the same time.

Default what's up with that rubber!

Another perfect example of our lack of personal responsibility! It's not our fault! It's the rubber and that blinkin' whistling sound! What? You can't hear it - but it's so loud! Check out the Cathy cartoon in the paper today! If I were any good with the computer, I could have included it with this post. I googled cathy cartoon and found it on the first result.

That cuttlebug and the many folders and dies I bought must put out a heckuva siren song. I walk in my house and am drawn to it, well, after I has a teensy snack, of course!
