Default I'm looking for clear sleeves to sell cards at Craft shows

Can anyone tell me where I can find those clear, sealable sleeves that slip over an individual card and envelope used for selling cards at craft shows?
Thanks!!
P.S. I've thought of using SU Cello Bags sealed with SNAIL adhesive but didn't think they'd be too cost effective.

SU has clear envelopes that you could use. I've gotten some clear envelopes at Paperplus in Spokane Washington. I know they also have a store in Seattle and after that I'm not sure. Maybe try the internet too.

Default Cello envelopes

Thanks for the replies!
Do the envelopes at Paper Plus have a little seal?
What are they called?

There packaged in 100 for $3.75 I think. Just ask for clear envelopes and they do seal.

When you sell them like this do you still put a regular envelope with the card for the buyer to use??

Yes, I provide a regular envelope with the card, I use the plastic sleeve for protection. I don't want someone to handle one of my cards with dirty hands or something. = )

SU sells these in the catalog for 4.75 for a package of 40 or 50 of them.

I use the large cello bag Su sells. The card and envelope fit together in the bag. Most of my cards are blank, but if I do use an inside greeting I just make a sticky label of what the greeting is and stick it on the back. Vicki

I use bags that I have bought from a business supply store. They are clear and I can fold the tops over and I seal them with a removable label that has my name and number on it. I include an envelope. They are really cheap, around $2 for 100, I'm in Canada.
Check your yellow pages under business supplies.

Default clear bags

My freind just ordered some from cellophanebag.com they were 5 bucks for 100 and they seal. You can also check uline.com, they sell the heavier ziplock 6x6, I use those, but I prefer the look of the cello one. HTH

That's such a good idea to use labels with your name and contact information, kelwil!

I like the prices at clearbags.com but how do I know which size to buy? I would like the bags to be able to seal and unseal. The language on clearbags.com is confusing. I think I will just try the clearenvelopes.com and get the samples so I know that when I order I am right!! Thanks for the heads up!!

Default clear bags

Depending on the amount you want, also try associatedbag.com
They have all sorts of sizes and will send you free samples, just ask for them online. You don't even have to place an official order to get the samples. A carton of resealable 6 x 6 clear envelopes goes for 26.00.
I've used them a lot and really like their products and they have very good customer service.
