Default I'm done! I'm unmounted, labeled, and stored.

It's taken me a couple of months. I only have about 60 SU stamp sets and I can't imagine how you ladies did it with a couple hundred sets. Now I'm going to start putting my reference binder together. I didn't have one in the past and now I really want one.

Good for you. It's a good thing that you don't have very many sets right now, now every time you get a new set you don't have as much work to go through.

I am in the process of redoing my stamp cataloug, I had images all over the place and figured that it would be easier to find things if they were in catigories like Christmas, flowers, verses, etc. I have also being coping all the pages before putting them in the binder so I have copies to put in a safe place for insurance purposes. I know that once it is done it will all be worth the effort but what alot of work to have to go through.

I feel for those who are in the process of unmounting/catalouging.

yay, hooray for you!

i'm right behind you - think i've been working on it about 5 months now. i stamp my index as i go. the way i do it is veeeeery time consuming, but when i finish, i'll be good to go - everything indexed, cross-indexed, labeled and organized.

60 sets is a lot imo; i only have about 40 sets, but lots of other brands too.

anyway, congratulations - you've accomplished something pretty big (again, imo)!

Congratualaions! I have finished unmounting almost 400 sets and around 1000 individual stamps. It is a great feeling!

I have my index catalog done for the sets but I am still working on the one by type. It is a great feeling when you get such a major project finished!
