Wow!! I thought I had a good deal. I sold the retired Snowman wheel that I paid $6.50 for (bought 1, not realizing I already had it), well I sold it on ebay for $21.00 to someone in Canada. I bought myself 2 retired sets on ebay, but each were only a few dollars above the original price.

That's wonderful!! That's something I would do, but then I make way more money that my husband does so I pay the mortgage, insurance, etc, and he really can't say anything about what I spend my extra money on.

I just wish somebody sold a crystal ball so we could purchase sets that we KNOW will skyrocket in value....<snort!>

I would LOVE the WWW set, my son had cowboy boots that he SLEPT in, lol! A scrapbook using the set would be fun...but at that price, I'll just borrow some cowboy boots from somewhere, lol!

Lucky you as the seller! I know it's frustrating for people that would like to buy the set, but I think it's fantastic for sellers...congrats!

I could have maybe seen someone spending a lot for that set a year ago, but now - with the two new Western themed sets that we have - I'm surprised someone would spend that much. It is a gorgeous set though!

Congrats on the Sale!
Not to steal the thread, but with SU sets selling for almost $300 one would think that the company would notice and release some new sets along the same line....
Just a thought!

I'd say she is getting divorced and perhaps maxing out the Ex's account before he notices...
